The good in that:  Weeds out the crapass newfags that annoy the piss out of us and scare the rest away.  No more anon's with stupid questions and no more fadboys trying to jump on to our memes as if they understand it thoroughly.

The bad in that:  They may confuse some of us for someone else, causing accidental and inacurate acusations.  Such as someone just chilling in /games/ to appear to be a pedo from /b/.  Hell, those who come to /b/ for flame lulz may easily be accused of being pedo just for visiting /b/.
