Am I crazy?

My brother, whom I should beat more often for being a stupid snot, started kicking me because I wouldn't answer his stupid question. He's four years younger than me but he can still leave a bruise.

Obviously, I'm still stronger, and I got really pissed, so was it wrong that I started choking him near-unconsciousness and thought about actually killing him?
