i'm going to assume that you're the op, and if i'm wrong then at least you'll be agreeing with him, so that part's good enough.

it's been said that ironic, dave chapelle racism is ok in that it brings issues to light. the problem is that a lot of irony lies in presentation- that's why chappelle is generally regarded as an awesome comedian, while carlos mencia is a blathering fucktwit.

so since you really can't see that intended "nod and wink" it's possible that you're missing the irony in a lot of postings. now, i'm requesting that you try and give an example of un-ambiguous racism. it seems kinda dumb, i know, but in the face of overwhelming half-plausable arguments that it's mostly irony, your presenting at least one specific case would help your point.

i hate debating vast generalizations since there's no real way to examine evidence.
