How can you morons be ok with racism?

Seriously, 4chan is like the fucking 50's or some shit. I don't understand how, just because you can hide behind an annonymous messageboard, you ignorant pieces of trash can think its ok to be racist. You people make me sick. there's a difference between legitimizing hate and finding a reason for it. figuring out that a woman drowned her baby because she thought satan told her to doesn't mean that you think what she did was ok. just now you know.

that being said, what is there to do about it? (the speech on 4chan etc, not actual racism). some sights have language filters that replace "naughty" words with harmless ones. but, sad as it is, that's not really the point of freedom of speech. it sucks, but if you want the freedom to say the government is wrong, then other people get to say things you don't like too. and the internet is an even more egalitarian place. there's talks among us congressmen of figuring out a way to monitor and control the internet. personally, i'd rather put up with fuckwads then with big brother.
