Americans prefer to have it legalized since they want to be the inside traders themselves. The funny thing is, 99.9% of them will never have the opportunity to trade using inside information; instead, that 99.9% will be the ones defrauded by insider trading.
America is the land of the immoral stupid. Largely, they deserve everything bad which happens to them.
