Yes, your body can probably break down such small doses, but UNNECESSARY DOSING YOURSELF WITH POISON is stupid. Just avoid eating the apple seeds and there's nothing to worry about. Apple seeds don't offer much in the way of nutrition or taste in the first place ... so why the fuck would you eat them?
