Too distraught to even explain

I've been reading the posts here, so I know I'm not alone when I say that one more thing will topple me.

I'm just one tiny voice in a sea of people who can't take it anymore. Will I actually kill myself? I'd like to say no, but in all honesty, I've been edging ever closer to it. Even thoughts of what it will do to my family don't seem to help much, as the pain is just too great.
