No, there are 2 theories. One is the, "Out of Africa" theory . . . Whites just came from Blacks and then got to Europe or something . . . turning White some time along the way or whatever. This is very popular in our society not for it's scientific value, but because it sounds more politically correct. Who knows if it is true or not? No one is interested in finding out . .. in our society, that is.

The other theory states that Man in a more primitive state made it all the way to China before turning into Homo Sapiens.
