If they don't know a god damn thing, sound like it, or are just plain wrong beyond the everyday common trolls, then they're obviously new to the site and most likely underage. Since you don't know how to be able to determine who is new it displays that you yourself have not been here long enough to recognize any given anonymous by the content of their post.
