How often do these big black dick attacks actually happen?  Is there a difference in frequency between urban and rural big black dick attacks?  What is the damage commonly associated with big black dick attacks?

1. Cosmetic surgery on nose.
2. Hair implant on head and groin.
3. Brain surgery to lower IQ.

There is no evidence of these procedures having been done.
