one thing is for sure there where not delusional in regards to killing the jews as this reflects our current medical definition. so if a psychologist diagnosed them as a whole he could just miss acouple parts in definition and be viewed as correct.
But all in all they weren't paranoid just the jews. as the jews were wrong becouase not everyone agreed there precptions that there was something wrong with what was happening.
