Why is 4chan so damn racist?

I thought that white people nowadays weren't racist. wtf?

4chan isnt racist its just a common insult to call somebody Nigger or Chink i see it all the time. Then all the minorities gang up on the white dude and call him a cracker. This is mostly the reason why everybody looks down at 4chan.
