Why is 4chan so damn racist?

I thought that white people nowadays weren't racist. wtf?

honestly, i think 4chan hates black people mainly because a majority of the black people we knew are freaking retarded and do things like sign up for financial aid at college just to collect the refund check two weeks after the start classes.
or walking right in the middle of a dangerously snowy street in the middle of the night.
or smoking crack.
or accusing me of being racist.
or trying to rape me and eat all of my peanut butter.....
