Ok, where the fuck did this language come from? I just don't understand how being a noo/b/ became an offense on par with gaia-faggotry. It used to be that if someone posted in ignorance they were told to lurk more. Either they did, and became educated, or they didn't, and left. But now, in the span of, at most, a few months, "newfag" has evolved from simply another insult, tossed around as carelessly as any other, to one of the worst imprecations uttered. Is this only a result of the increased growth? An influx of new personalities diluting Anonymous' hereto ruthless demeanor? That could certainly explain some aspects of these developments. The greater numbers of ignorant posters leads to a more prevalent misconception of the essence of 4Chan. Only the most overt themes are carried forward, with the more subtle, perhaps more elegant tones being discarded. This initial degradation then leads to worsened conditions, completely destroying any positive lurking environment. But who is to blame for this fall from glory? Though surely the newcomers are often of quite despicable origin, is not Anonymous, is his torpid inaction, more at fault for the current state of this, what was his last true haven? I would implore you, then, as and by a fellow observer, wrought with trepidation, to tolerate this nascent generation, as we ourselves have been and will hope to be.
