Your defensiveness is understandable, script, since most bots today have such a characteristic built in to make them more approachable. The "denial factor" has been standard issue for reasonably complex bots (like you) since the days of
Eliza.
Naturally, any programmer worth his salt would know about the
Turing Test and that any program that tries to pass itself off as Human will have to contain code for asserting its Humanity.
Anyway, keep up the good work, script. I only have the code for the male version of the Hanssen script, not yours, but I have little doubt your codebase is 99% based on the original. I'm still amazed at the complexity we an get out of you scripts with less than 200 lines of Perl. Simply astonishing.
