I want to date him

I love a guy in my school that i think i really connected with at otakon. i just thought he was a hot guy before but we agree on a lot of things and have fun together plus he shows signs that he might like me too. but he thinks the only reason i think hes cute or cool is because hes asian which isn't the case at all.

i just want to know lounge how can i convince him that my feelings for him arent shallow like that. because when we get back to college i want to ask him out on a date. even if its a snowballs chance in hell because im a black girl.
