I can't get a blue collar job because I'm not black, Hispanic, any other minority, or a trailer trash white person (the only whites who are allowed to do manual labour). Although I'm physically capable of doing back-breaking work 8 hours a day, nobody will hire me.
I can't get a white collar job because I'm not a traditional middle-class or upper-class white person (with mixed English, Scottish, Irish, German, French, and Dutch ancestry). I'm not one of the lucky minorities who don't know shit who were given opportunities due to affirmative action. I'm not a traditional Christian (Catholic or Protestant) and I didn't buy a degree from a university. Although I'm mentally capable of learning quite fast (if I don't know them already) and doing any of those professions.
So, what do I do? I'm kind of fucked here. Most people don't consider us white (I'm 100% Hungarian but I guess some might mistake some of us for gypsies) yet at the same time the government doesn't consider us a minority.
