Failing and need a boast

I have not managed to lay any girls. I'm want to explain what I think my problem is and then what I plan to do about it. My situation is more than I can type in one post so I'll just list my major problems and possible solutions. Please critique:

-I live at home - I just got a serving job so I'm saving up my money to move out with a friend of mine and hopefully I won't be as insecure about bringing girls I like back to my place.

- I've approached about 60 something girls and I still get nervous - I'm gonna join a lair and get some feedback from some guys who can help me out in the field. I need someone to get on my case when I get lazy and feel like giving up.

- I'm very used to and sometimes enjoy being alone - I'm kinda stumped on this one. Alot of times I like my privacy because it provides me comfort from having to reveal my inexperienced past. My best guess for this is to throw myself into the fire, reveal my lack of experience with women and just take the crap that comes from that. Then.....move on. This is the hardest one for me.
Any advice would be welcome.

Don't kiss a girls ass, and DO NOT try to be her friend.  You want one thing and one thing only, and you won't get it by being a little kiss-ass fem twink bitch.  Girls smell the stench of death a mile away, and desperate teenage boys who are trying to be 'friends' with a girl don't fool anyone, and are not sexually appealing to a girl at all.  'Nice guys' DO NOT GET LAID unless they waste several thousand dollars and hundreds of hours working some bitch, and even then it's extremely rare.

Girls want the 'bad-boy' that spanks their ass, is always late, stands them up, won't return calls, doesn't buy them shit, tells them to stfu often, and pisses her parents off.  Most girls won't admit to it, but that's the truth, and those are the guys that get laid by-far the most.  Don't be poindexter who takes her on a 'date' and listens to her blabla and pays for dinner and all that shit, be the guy she calls from the restraunt bathroom on her cell to arrange the hook-up after poindexter drops her off.

There's plenty of girls that will put out for you, it's just that for every one of them there's about 10 other ones that never put out, and are a total waste of time.  BUT these 10 other ones will gladly waste lots of your time and money so they can keep up their little-princess attitude.  The key is to not even waste a nanosecond on the little-princess who thinks men are there to do everything for her, and that her pussy is made out of 24K gold.  You've got better shit to waste your time and money on.  There's more to life than consuming yourself with the dumb legions of attention-whores that are waiting to kill your dreams and bleed you dry just so you can get your nut off.

BTW NEVER listen to advice from a girl on how to get laid.  They always love to say 'oh yes be a nice guy and respect a girl' and other bullshit like that.  Only take advice from the rare guys who actually get laid by different sluts on a regular basis.  You already seem to be ahead of most guys anyways judging by your OP, so you should do alright if you keep your wits and don't be stupid.
