They have brain problems, it's not like they are born in a poor area or something. People from poor areas have at least a slight chance. Retards do not. Even niggers can study and do something worthwhile.

how the hell are yout gonna fix the convention for human rights? right lol, you can't .. and even if you could you'd be better off supporting scccccciiiiiiience as to see to that they would solve all defects in the fetus. Instead of wasting monies on bullets.
On the other hand that would be bad, because even if we fixed the downies back to normal there would be no guarantee they would benefit society. There is no guarantee a normal baby would either.
