Pranks

Ok, so my mom has started using "ClearEyes" brand eyedrops every morning to make her eyes bright and clear. i hate the bitch and am sick of her, as a prank im thinking about replacing the eyedrop solution with bleach so tomorrow she'll get a nasty blinding when she puts in her drops, lol. but im worried, would that be considered assult? or gbh? do you guys think id be able to pass it off as a prank gone wrong and avoid lawsuits and what have you? I'm 29. Serious replies only please.
