Please talk to me and keep me sane

Ok I seriously need someone to occupy my mind and keep me from picking up a damn razor. I've cut myself once already and the only thing keeping me from doing it again is that I can't find the razor. So please- if you can, take some time to settle me down.

Did I mention I'm really really cold? It's the middle of summer and I'm freezing. It's cold.
