Mensa

Is anyone on here currently or has been a member of mensa because I have an application form in my hand but i'm not sure if i should apply or not. What is the entrance test like and is it actually worth the hassel and £16 annual charge to be a member or not, also are there any benefits to it such as a better chance of imployment others?
