push ups (yeah you heard me)

soo a certain friend of mine named rock lee has inspired me to do pushups. I tried but i cant seem to do a single one. how do I gain the ability to do one so that i can progress from there?
im willing to do as many as posible for each anime episode i watch. so if thats 1 per episode i will be doing 20 a day.

You can't do ONE???????? I'd suggest eating something - you have to be malnourished or something.
