suicidal thoughts

They hit me hard all of a sudden out of NOwhere about half an hour ago. So, I talked to someone I hadn't talked to in a long time and tried to 'catch up' to distract myself.
Please give me some more ideas on what to do.

How is that possible, since I am RedCream and I've been spelling RedCream correctly all along?  There's a misunderstanding here, and that misunderstanding is your responsibility.  You own it.  Therefore, the onus of its correction is upon your head.
