How to deal with Neighbour?

So.. i have this annoying Neighbour, it seems every once in a while when im watching TV(on fairly low mind), my retarded neighbour in the room next to me feels the need to bang on the wall, given the simple fact no one can hear downstairs, at the house im in, or in the room below, im thinking shes a fucking idiot that probably has her bed against the partition wall.

so do i ignore said neighbour, or bang the wall back? =/
