I've had a lot of stress built up over the last few months, and normally I'd drink, get high or hell, whack off to take my mind off things. But instead I started to think of memories gone by, friends gone by and family who have passed or I haven't seen for a while and I just started to weep.
I had to force it a little at first, but I started listening to a somber playlist I had cooked up earlier, and it all just came naturally. It was all rather therapeutic when it was over. I actually felt so much better, like an enormous weight had been lifted from my shoulders, I went out after and had really refreshing late night stroll.
I'm feeling much more alive & upbeat now, then I have in months.
