Could I request a Youtube Video Text Board or something in Images, so users could share ridiculous youtube videos we find.  Or is there something already like this on this site that I'm Missing because I'm mentally Retarded?

but that isn't designed SPECIFICALLY for ridiculous videos, that has everything, im saying that someone should create a new one called ITV (internet TV) so we can share ridiculous videos across the web.
