Why don't blacks just go back to Africa?

They are not slaves any more so why stay here? Obviously blacks are equal to whites so black Africa must be a good place to live, right?

2. Remove oil storage machinery n'stuff.
3. Remove oil from ship and clean up residue.
4. Within large hull of ships assemble KFC stand.
5. Gather up the Negroes and place them on ships.
6. Sail to Africa.
7. Drop off all Negores in Liberia.

Problem solved.
