How do you talk to girls?

So there's a girl by herself on the bench.  What do you say to her?

i wish i knew how to give you advice, but really if i saw a girl around my age sitting on the bench by herself i just wouldn't haev the guts to talk to her. I'd either think she automatically wouldn't be interested in me cuz im black, i'd fuck up cuz i cant keep a conversation flowing, or she'd give me the "super happy-i -dont-wanna- talk to you chat. besides, black girls dont sit on benches lol.
