Why do nice guys get all the chicks?

A common theme amongst 4chan users is how they can't get chicks.  And very few of these people have demonstrated that they're nice guys.  So why do all the chicks end up flocking towards the nice guys?

just not being capable of being happy or really social. But still capable of acting happy and social
