Fatal Problem

I'm a great conceptual Artist + poet, my talent exceeds that of the rest of my peer group. I'm also very good looking and wonderful. My problem is this: girls tend to fall deeply in love with me but the feeling overwhelms them and they're too scared to touch me or even stand near me. They blush and mumble when I approach, they feel helpless in my presence and like they dont deserve me. So instead they choose lesser men to date so they can feel more in control of the relationship. Thus I've never even been kissed and I'm 21. How do others deal with this? Do you just tone down your intensity while talking to pretty girls so as to not overwhelm said girls with love and feelings of inadequacy? Because I'm not sue I'm willing to do that.
Any advice would be appreciated. :) Peace.
-San-Michael.
