Can a flea get fleas, or smaller fleas? - None such exist.
Can a mountain have a another mountain on it? - No such shape exists, according to the laws of physics and the shape of the earth/how mountains are formed in the first place.
Can a worm get worms? - They don't have a complex enough interior.
Can a moon have a moon? - By definition a moon is a satellite of a larger body. Chunks of rock won't orbit a small chunk of rock when there's a bigger one nearby.
