LOL. The gist of it: he told a "family member", who "works for the government", about jailbait and cp threads on 4chan he saw late at night one time. This family member, probably his dad, tells him not to visit the site anymore.
His interpretation: zomg some shit's gonna go down!
More likely: His dad just doesn't want him visiting sites like 4chan, and either knows or will find out that this shit goes on all the time and 4chan isn't responsible for some guy deciding to post cp from a proxy (which gets deleted as soon as an admin sees it and gets the poster a perma-ban for that ip).
