Why does /b/ now have forced anonymity?

I've always wondered this.

How to spot a 0037 post:

- Check for the old man period! That's not one, but two spaces after the period.
- Is there random profanity (fuck? fag?) This is another hint that you may be reading a post written by 0037.
- Is there an air of superiority in the post in regards to text/imageboard culture? Bullseye, because 0037 is the alleged curator of world2ch 2.0!
