Skinny girls with huge breasts?

Unpossible you say? That's what I thought! But lo and behold, there's this show called Porno Valley on (so of course I go to check it out, right?) and so I see some awful stick thin girl, really tall, talking about getting a breast reduction. She's going from double D's to something smaller.

Anonymous asks for help. 4chan must know how breasts work. How can a woman have large ones when she's ugly thin? She didn't say they were implants. So I thought this was impossible. I demand answers. Someone must know. Either that or the internet will say so somewhere.

You can't burn fat in a specific area of the body. You can tone muscle where you want, but you can't choose where to burn fat and where not to... So it's probably either some weird hormonal thing, or she regrets getting implants.
