Dear 4chan, how to fuck with someone?

So on this other forum, there's this moron who everyone hates...

He posted his full name, address, e-mail and phone number on another site.

I'm looking for a way to piss him off using above methods....without doing a whole lot of work.  Some sort of autodialer site I can plug his cellphone number into?  Phonebomb.net is no more :(

Yeah, I thought about /b/.  A titty picture will grab attention.

This guy really is that stupid...I can guarantee it's his real information.  He posted a thread with his conversation with an eBay rep where he threatened to sue eBay because they charged him $5 to run his auction, and he NEVER AGREED TO THAT OMG
