Dear 4chan, how to fuck with someone?

So on this other forum, there's this moron who everyone hates...

He posted his full name, address, e-mail and phone number on another site.

I'm looking for a way to piss him off using above methods....without doing a whole lot of work.  Some sort of autodialer site I can plug his cellphone number into?  Phonebomb.net is no more :(

why do you find the need to harass some dude that you only know over the internet? it's fucking pathetic man, don't be like the other lame /b/tards. E-harrassing is one thing, but leave the guy alone IRL.
