Theres this cute one at work, but whenever I try to say anything to her, she can't really understand me. She can only read lips. Makes it hard to mack on her :(

Mind if I make a suggestion? Get out a pen. Put it to a piece of paper. Tap her on the shoulder, and give her the note and flower of your choice. Maybe that'll work.
