Masterbating illegal?

Have you ever got in trouble for masterbaiting? My mom found me doing it and i got grounded, she also said it is illegal and i could go to jail is this true?

This is an outrage.  If we had masturbators rights in this country, we wouldn't have to put up this bullshit.  Shit, we won't put up with this bullshit.  Come to city hall at 3:00 tomorrow, in the public area at the front.  We are going to have a masturbators rights rally, god dammit.
