Japanese Censorship of Hentai Arts

I know you all agree with me on this.  I am wondering does anyone know an way to contact the Japanese government to ask them to resind the law that pertains to censorship in hentai arts?  I know you all agree with me on this, that there are alot of great artwork that should not be censored, are censored.

I though you said you'd never come back to 4chan after I gave everyone here on 4chan your personal information, such as your phone number, address and apartment number, various e-mail addresses, ISP and IP address, pictures of you, etc... Do I need to do that again to get you to go away?
