fanbase diferences japan/us

ok im very interested in what our brothers in the east are like. i beleave i have an OK idea of what they are like and the deferences between us and them.   basicly its like this                                                                                                                                anime fans In japan generaly have emotional issues that cause them to lose interest in reality.they have little chance of ever dating and many of them dont care. they make it there life to watch anime and play games and are extremely passionete.

 

american anime fans tend to be people who want to like anime to make other people like them because they think anime is different and cool. as you see there is almost an epidemic of 14 year old girls who call themselvs otaku because she and her friend like to watch inuyasha.

also how can we diferenciate between the american fans who spend all there money on anime and these little poser bitchez who think they are great for watching a half assed show on tv that they dont evan buy merchandice of

Im soo sick of it! when I go to the local anime/ manga /figurine store all these girls see me and walk up to me and say. ohhh do you like inuyasha and fullmetal alchemist? I usually reply ohh you mean the show that failed horibly with no plot and Hagane no renkinjutsu shi

once some goth boy walked up saying he was just like everyone from genshiken because he read hellsing lmao. people have no understanding of what a true fan is. when I move out im goinf to set a 4 dollar daily limit on food so that I can have more money to buy stuff with. they make fools of us and its enfuriating.

the closest i have ever gotten to meeting someone in real life like us was a kid who braged about how he has 3000 dollars worth of stuff. i looked at him and said im nearing $25000 and he said he had bussness to do and he left and never called me anymore.

this is why the word otaku has had its meaning taken away. I have pride in being an anime fan but I cant have pride in being otaku because the english version of that word now means I have watched 3 episodes of inuyasha becase i was high!
