oh man, i usually sit on my ass all day browsing the chans and fapsing, but i had this idea lately and it turned out to be the greatest fun ive had in a while

anyways its pretty simple even for us western hikkikomori-types who never leave the house, just take a really soft fruit/vegetable like a tomato for instance, peel off the skin, and stick it up your ass, then go to the hospital and make them take it out

youll at least seriously piss off some doctors (especially if its like your third visit ;) ), and if youre lucky you might even get a cute nurse to take it out for you
