Akibahara Maid Cafe Recommendations

In March, my bf and I are going to Tokyo for vacation. I am totally dragging him to B:Lily Rose (a cafe where the all female staff dress in drag and impersonate pretty bishounen guys). Because it's only fair, we're also planning to go to a maid cafe in Akihabara, but since there are somewhere around 40 of these places I need some recommendations to help narrow it down.

We're looking for:
- someplace clean aka not run-down
- girl-friendly, I don't know about maid cafes but the butler cafes forbid male patrons during certain hours
- foreigner-friendly, I heard some places intentionally make gaijin feel uncomfortable
- serves a decent meal, I've seen some places that are more like internet cafes and only serve convenience store drinks and snacks
