"Unmodulated reaction" is the most concise explanation of retard strength I've ever read. When a mother suddenly finds the strength to лift a car off her child, she can do it because she doesn't "modulate" her reaction to the emergency by worrying about injuring herself or thinking about the impossibility of lifting the car. She just gives it all she's got. When an enraged mongoloid flips over a heavy table in the lunchroom because somebody was teasing him, it works the same way. He's too stupid to differentiate between an uncomfortable situation and a life-or-death emergency, so he treats everything as an emergency worthy of an "unmodulated reaction" and thus he has retard strength.
