Surely you can find something in an off-the-shelf pharmacy that will assist. Your stomach is more than large enough to accommodate a fatal dosage in pill form. Sure, a stomach full of a couple bottles of aspirin won't help -- er, harm -- but some reasonably strong muscle relaxant should.
Obtaining cyanide really isn't that hard, either. You should be able to get enough from a chemical supply catalog. It won't take much, and you can just down the entire bottle.
My ref. book on poisons says that cyanide compounds ingested or inhaled cause immediate unconsciousness, convulsions and death in 1 to 15 minutes ... in large amounts (10 times the minimum lethal dose). For Hydrogen Cyanide, you'd need 5mg per kg of body weight; for Potassium Cyanide, you'd need 20mg/kg. However, you should check with a doctor first, to make sure that unconsciousness is guaranteed ... since those convulsions could be agonizing.
