Depression and Histronic

I'm suffering from depression, no will, and no motivation with some histronic and dependency issues. (Sucky family) I've tried anti-depressants but they seem to only have a placeabo effect. It's been getting worse over time as my friends no longer want to talk to me because I'm too depressing. (Their words). What do I do? I feel hopeless.

I drank 6 cups of coffee but it seemed to only be a temporary fix. Soon as it wore off I was depressed til I hit the gym and then continued to my isolation. Im thinking I need a game to escape reality... Anyone know any good ivolved long lasting RPGs?
