On the tenth of this month I noticed that all my free unlicensed download were stopped and I could no longer connect to Xbox live. So today this morning I contacted my ISP, lo and behold my account was quarenteened. Apparently some company sent in a complaint saying that their service found my IP and then talk to my company. However. I was not contacted on this untill I called at 10:12 P.M. on December 13th 2006 and a very polite tech told me that he would unfreeze it if I promised to never do what I was doing or make sure it never happened again or a subpoena along with un-humorous men in armored gear named FBI agents would make an abrupt visit to my house.
Scary huh? Well. Yeah. Other than that everything is fine. I asked the guy if others were doing it and he said, to quote him "We all do it... in moderation." Basically right now I'm cleaning my computer making sure that whatever was sharing and distributing information isn't going to do it now. Right now my virus keep has found several p2p viruses and my anti-adware program has found Bear Share or some shit onto my computer. Friends use my computer allot. I guess they no longer will be using my computer. Those assholes. Everything should be up and running again by Saturday and I'll make sure as the release my account that if it still is doing it at least 250gig hard drives are in season for about fifty bucks a pop. Well, that is unless I'm in jail pending my lengthy and unrighteous sentance.
