In the Japanese language there's no straight equivalent for the word "pedophile." If you are a pedo, you're called "rorikon" (after "roriita konpurekkusu," or "lolita complex;" rorikon or lolicon as we know it is also the name of the manga genre). Rorikon only refers to pedophiles who molest girls, though, so from what I can gather a boy molester is probably called "shotakon."

The trouble with lolicon as a name for pedofags is that there is that "Lolita" is also the name of a clothing style associated with cosplay, manga, anime, and Japanese countercultures, based on frilly Victorian dresses with a lot of lace in them. Also, a widely known variant is Gothic Lolita. Neither have much to do with Nabakov's "Lolita" or what folks typically think of as a Lolita (a relationship between an older man and a younger girl). So how do we reconcile the idea of a child molester and the idea of an imitation of a lacey Meiji-period Western dress?
