rude service people

gods, i hate when you're doing daily things and some operator or assistant you've never seen/heard before gives you attitude, like you raped their mother or something. i don't mind if people are neutral or monotone but if people are unnecessary assholes then they're not doing their job properly.

and this is why people these days avoid contact. in fact i avoid telephones and interactions with people who are not friends because i don't need any more douchery in my life.

although japan is the land of crazies i have to say they at least have good levels of customer service. people being civil, i mean.
