Why people refuse to believe God exist

There are alot of Christian topic being formed all around but no one has yet said their reasons why they don't believe in God.

Is it just because you can't see God that you feel he don't exist, or because you feel nothing should be greater than humans, or you don't just want to believe God exist?

There many, many posts stating their reasons for doubting god's existence...I honestly cannot see how you managed to miss every one of them.

But anyways, my doubts for god's existence is mainly because there isn't enough evidence to support his existence. Aside from a book, which could have been written by anyone, there's no record of god's existence. And that book itself is inconsistent and not a reliable source of information.

If this a failure of perception on my part, then it is a failure of giving me the necessary perception on god's part, too.
